What we ask of endorsing organizations

Participation requires minimal effort on your end.

Endorsement Approval

We'll send a simple one-page endorsement form. Just review and return it — that's all it takes.

Organization Logo

Please provide a high-resolution PNG with transparent background (recommended: 1,000 px width or wider).

Short Description (Optional)

A brief profile of your organization (approx. 30–50 words) for use on the official website and in printed materials — entirely optional.

Member Outreach

We encourage sharing JIHE 2026 information via your newsletter, SNS, or other member channels. We'll supply ready-to-use materials and copy.

Application Process & Schedule

How to apply

From first contact to logo placement, the process typically takes 2–3 weeks. Application deadline: end of August 2026.

We'll send you a formal request letter along with this event brief and details.
STEP 2

Endorsement Approval

Please review the simple endorsement form and return it to us.
STEP 3

Submit Logo & Description

Send us your organization's logo (PNG transparent) and optional short description.
STEP 4

Listed as an Official Endorser

Your organization will be featured on the official website, printed materials, and press releases.
