Become a JIHE 2026 Community Partner
We are inviting CBD and hemp-related shops to help spread the word about JIHE 2026 by displaying our flyers and putting up a poster in store. Participating shops are listed as Community Partners: your logo and shop URL are published on the official JIHE website, the web brochure and related media. We mail the flyers and posters to you free of charge — there is no cost to your shop. Overseas shops receive print-ready PDF files instead.

Any place where people curious about hemp and CBD gather. Size and format do not matter — independent shops are very welcome.
CBD shops
Specialist retailers carrying CBD products. The closest match to our audience.
Hemp retailers & select shops
Shops carrying hemp clothing, homeware, cosmetics or food.
Cafés & restaurants
Venues serving CBD drinks or hemp food, or where hemp-curious customers gather.
Yoga & wellness studios
Yoga studios, bodywork clinics, acupuncture and fitness spaces focused on wellbeing.
Beauty salons
Hair salons, nail bars, spas and estheticians — places where customers stay long enough to pick up a flyer.
Other hemp-friendly venues
Galleries, coworking spaces, event spaces and more. If you are not sure whether you fit, just ask us.
What we ask of you
All we ask for is a little space in your shop. There is no paperwork and nothing to do on the event days.
Display our flyers
Place the flyers where customers will see them — by the register or near the entrance. We send the quantity you request.
Put up a poster
Put a poster up inside your shop or by the entrance. If you have no wall space, flyers alone are perfectly fine.
Share on social media or newsletter (optional)
If you can, mention JIHE 2026 on your shop social accounts or newsletter (hashtag: #jihe2026). This is entirely optional.

Flyers & posters, free of charge
Shops in Japan receive them by mail (shipping on us). Overseas shops receive print-ready PDF files by email.
No cost at all
No participation fee, no listing fee, no shipping cost. All we ask for is the effort of displaying them.
A mention on our official social media
We may introduce participating shops on the official JIHE social accounts.
How it works
From application to listing, the JIHE office walks you through each step.
Apply through the form
Tell us about your shop, where to ship, and how many flyers you would like.
We send a confirmation email
We review your application and get back to you within a few days, and ask for your logo data at the same time.
We send the materials
Mailed to your address in Japan, or emailed as print-ready PDFs for overseas shops.
You display them in store
Put the flyers out and the poster up wherever works best in your space.
Your logo and URL go live
We publish your logo and shop URL as a Community Partner across JIHE media.
