Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure
This page sets out the disclosure required under Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, made by Asabis Inc. as the operator and seller of the exhibition, sponsorship, tickets, and other products and services of JIHE 2026 (Japan International Hemp Expo). The price, provision conditions, and cancellation terms specific to each product or service are set out on its respective application page or individual notice, which take precedence over this disclosure.

- Price / Service Fee
- Shown for each product or service, such as exhibition, sponsorship and tickets, on its application page or checkout screen. Consumption tax is charged separately in accordance with what is displayed.
- Additional Fees
- Consumption tax, any fees arising from the chosen payment method (such as bank transfer fees), and any other fees stated on each application page.
- Payment Methods
- Credit card (KOMOJU), convenience store payment, bank transfer, and other methods shown on the application page of each product or service.
- Payment Timing
- Determined by payment method. Credit card payments are charged at the time of application. For convenience store payment and bank transfer, please pay by the due date designated by us after applying. Other methods are stated on each application page.
- Delivery / Service Provision Timing
- Shown for each product or service on its application page. In general, services (such as exhibiting at, sponsoring, or attending the event) are confirmed promptly after application and payment are completed and provided on the designated event date.
- Returns / Cancellation
- Whether returns or cancellations are accepted, and on what conditions, is shown on each application page according to the nature of the product or service. For products or services that by their nature are not suited to return or cancellation, such as event exhibition, sponsorship and tickets, customer-initiated cancellation or refund after payment is confirmed is in principle not accepted. If we discontinue provision due to our own circumstances, we will refund amounts already paid by the prescribed method. Where an application page sets out its own terms, those terms take precedence over this disclosure.
- System Requirements (for digital content)
- Where digital content is provided, the system requirements are shown on each application page. Generally, a standard web browser and an environment capable of viewing PDFs and the like are required.
