松本 俊彦 (Toshihiko Matsumoto)
1993年佐賀医科大学卒業。横浜市立大学医学部附属病院にて初期臨床研修終了後、国立横浜病院精神科、神奈川県立精神医療センター、横浜市立大学医学部附属病院精神科に勤務。2004年、国立精神・神経センター精神保健研究所司法精神医学研究部室長に就任。その後、2010年に同研究所自殺予防総合対策センター副センターを経て、2015年より現職。2017年より国立精神・神経医療研究センター病院薬物依存症センターセンター長兼務。
日本社会精神医学会理事、日本アルコール・アディクション医学会理事、日本学術会議アディクション分科会特任連携委員。
日本犯罪学会学術奨励賞（2011年）、日本アルコール・アディクション医学会柳田知司賞（2017年）、第70回日本エッセイスト・クラブ賞（2022年）、第25回更生保護法人日本更生保護協会瀬戸山賞（2023年）

Graduated from Saga Medical University in 1993. After completing initial clinical training at Yokohama City University Hospital, he worked at the Psychiatry Department of Yokohama National Hospital, Kanagawa Prefectural Mental Health Center, and the Psychiatry Department of Yokohama City University Hospital. In 2004, he was appointed as the Director of the Forensic Psychiatry Research Department at the National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry Mental Health Research Institute. Subsequently, after serving as Deputy Director of the Suicide Prevention General Measures Center at the same institute in 2010, he assumed his current position in 2015. Since 2017, he has concurrently served as the Director of the Substance Dependence Center at the National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry Hospital.
He serves as a board member of the Japanese Society of Social Psychiatry, a board member of the Japanese Society of Alcohol and Addiction Studies, and a specially appointed liaison member of the Addiction Subcommittee of the Science Council of Japan.
He has received the Japanese Society of Criminology Academic Encouragement Award (2011), the Yanagita Tomoji Award from the Japanese Society of Alcohol and Addiction Studies (2017), the 70th Japan Essayist Club Award (2022), and the 25th Setoyama Award from the Japan Rehabilitation Aid Association (2023).
