水野 智彦 (Tomohiko Mizuno)
城西歯科大学（現：明海大学歯学部）卒業。千葉県勝浦市に水野歯科医院を開院。
2009年8月、民主党公認候補として第45回衆議院議員総選挙で比例南関東ブロックに立候補し、当選。元衆議院議員、歯学博士、東アジア共同研究所特別研究員である水野 智彦氏が代表を務める、日本カンナビノイド協会。
Graduated from Josai Dental University (now: Meikai University Faculty of Dentistry). Opened Mizuno Dental Clinic in Katsuura City, Chiba Prefecture.
In August 2009, he ran as an official candidate of the Democratic Party in the 45th House of Representatives general election in the Proportional South Kanto Block and was elected. The Japan Cannabinoid Association is led by Tomohiko Mizuno, a former member of the House of Representatives, Doctor of Dental Science, and Special Researcher at the East Asian Community Research Institute.
