Jordan Herring is the Founder & CEO of Hidden Valley Genetics (HVG) and “USA President, CISW.” Active in cannabis since 2003 (Eugene, Oregon), he spent 2007–2010 in Thailand training in Muay Thai, then founded a California cannabis collective in 2010 supporting 330+ patients. After the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill, he became a licensed seed breeder and launched HVG, focusing on high-CBG and stable, uniform genetics (“It all starts with genetics”). HVG reports 4.2M+ plant sales (2020), operates a 2,400 m² indoor facility and 1,100 m² greenhouse in Chachoengsao, Thailand, and in 2024 began a Thai Landrace Project with clinicians and scientists. Jordan is a founding member of THIPA Group, advancing Thailand’s export-oriented cannabis industry. He has delivered 30+ talks at international events (e.g., Asia International Hemp Expo/Forum) and recently secured an offtake agreement with a leading Australian exporter. Recognitions include CISW awards (2023–2024) and media features such as the Bangkok Post and Tobacco Asia Magazine.
