を行い、商品政策を見直して、家業から企業へ転身させた。
Born as the ninth generation head of a shichimi togarashi (seven-spice chili pepper) manufacturing company founded in 1736. Questioning the corporate culture that resisted change, he revitalized traditional products and long-accumulated design assets, improved quality, revised product policies, and transformed the family business into a corporation.
