黒田 岳士 (Takashi Kuroda)
1989年、経済企画庁（現内閣府）に入庁。在チリ大使館、内閣官房、消費者庁等、34年以上の行政経験。規制改革、経済財政政策、消費者行政などの企画立案、総合調整、推進・実行に携わり、景品表示法の改正等を通じて国会対応業務に精通。
2023年、GR Japan株式会社に入社し、ビジネスと政官との橋渡し役を目指す。
2024年、一般社団法人グローバル政策研究機構代表理事、2025年、一般社団法人カンナビジオール安全・安心協議会専務理事に就任。
In 1989, joined the Economic Planning Agency (now Cabinet Office). Over 34 years of administrative experience including positions at the Embassy of Japan in Chile, Cabinet Secretariat, and Consumer Affairs Agency. Involved in planning, coordination, promotion and implementation of regulatory reform, economic and fiscal policy, and consumer administration, and became well-versed in parliamentary affairs through amendments to the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations.
In 2023, joined GR Japan Co., Ltd. with the aim of bridging business and government.
In 2024, appointed as Representative Director of the General Incorporated Association Global Policy Research Institute, and in 2025, appointed as Executive Director of the General Incorporated Association Cannabidiol Safety and Security Council.
