a.Benefits
You may display your products, etc., in the hemp culture/technology exhibition area inside the venue.
(This is separate from booth exhibitions — for product display only.)
b. Exhibition Area
Please note that booth and meeting room arrangements are subject to change without prior notice due to operational reasons. Thank you for your understanding
2. Requests for Exhibition Cooperation Partners
a. Bringing Fragile Items
- If you wish to display fragile items such as glassware or rare textiles, please bring them in by hand rather than shipping in advance. If delivery is unavoidable, please ensure sufficient packaging.
- Items should be brought in on the preparation day, Thursday, November 13, between 14:00 and 18:00.
b. Return of Items
- After the event, please take all items back with you whenever possible.
- If unavoidable, items will be returned by cash-on-delivery shipping.
c. Disclaimer
- While the organizers will handle items with great care, we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage.
- Staff will not be stationed in the exhibition area at all times, so please manage valuables and fragile items yourself.
d. Shipping Address
- Please schedule advance shipments to arrive on the morning of Thursday, November 13.
- Shipments arriving earlier than this cannot be accepted.
