1. Common to All Sponsorship Plans

2. Specific Sponsorship Plans

a. Official Sponsors

The following benefits are included. To make the most of them, please review and respond as early as possible.

On-Site Announcement

  • Details: We will read aloud your company’s key appeal points to the audience.
  • Submission Requirements:
    • Around 300 characters
    • Deadline: Friday, October 17, 23:59
    • Submit to: info@asabis.co.jp
    • Subject line: “JIHE On-Site Announcement”

Stage Appearance

  • Format Options: Please select either a panel discussion or a presentation.
    • Panel Discussion: A common theme will be set in advance, with 3–4 speakers exchanging views. Generally, this format receives more attention from visitors compared to individual presentations.
    • Presentation: Each company may give a presentation of around 10–15 minutes.

Commercial Video Display

  • Locations:
  • Venue’s large screen (continuous display)
  • Conference screen between sessions
  • Requirements:
    • Duration: Under 60 seconds
    • Format: mp4
    • Deadline: Friday, October 17, 23:59 (JST)
    • Submit to: info@asabis.co.jp
    • Subject line: “JIHE Commercial Video”

Visitor Bags & Name Holders

  • Details: At reception, every visitor will receive a bag containing pamphlets, flyers, sponsored items, and a name holder. Official sponsor logos may be displayed on the bags and name holders.
  • Conditions: If implemented, actual costs will be billed separately. If multiple sponsors participate, costs will be shared.
  • Inquiry Deadline: Tuesday, September 16, 23:59 (JST)

Message to Visitors

  • Details: After JIHE, official sponsors may send a message to all visitors.
  • Limit: Within 500 characters
  • Deadline: Thursday, November 13

b. General Sponsorship

General Sponsorship

  • Details: Your company logo and URL will be published in various related media as a sponsoring company.
  • Action Required: Please complete the Participating Company Information Form.
  • Deadline: Wednesday, October 17

Event Staff Sponsorship

  • Details: By supporting the JIHE 2025 event as on-site staff, your company can qualify as a General Sponsor.
  • Subject line: “Regarding JIHE Staff Sponsorship”
  • Deadline: Wednesday, October 17

c. Advertising Sponsorship

On-Site Announcement Advertisement

  • Details: Your company’s appeal points will be read aloud to the audience at the venue.
  • Submission Requirements:
    • Around 300 characters
    • Deadline: Friday, October 17, 23:59 (JST)
    • Submit to: info@asabis.co.jp
    • Subject line: “JIHE On-Site Announcement Advertisement”

Social Media Post Advertisement

  • Details: Dedicated posts, retweets, and quote tweets will be created and shared via related accounts such as CBD-bu and Green Zone Japan.
  • Submission Requirements:
    • Submit to: info@asabis.co.jp
    • Subject line: “JIHE SNS Sponsored Post”
    • Deadline: Friday, October 17, 23:59 (JST)

d. Consulting Support

  • Details: Online consulting sessions (approx. 1 hour) will be provided by designated members from CBD-bu and Green Zone Japan.
  • Deadline: Friday, October 17, 23:59 (JST)
  • Subject line: “JIHE Consulting Support”

e. Product / Sample Sponsorship

Visitor Giveaways

  • 内容: 受付や協賛プレゼントブースにて来場者向けに配布するサンプルのご提供です。
  • Details: Provide samples to be distributed to visitors at reception or the sponsorship giveaway booth.

Influencer Giveaways

  • Details: Provide samples to influencers active on Instagram, X, YouTube, etc. Influencers will post reviews of your products on their own social media channels. Please note: review content and target audience cannot be specified.
